Acceptable Use Policy

Effective July 19, 2026 · Version 2026-07-19

This Policy is part of the Thaddeus Terms. It applies to your Inputs, Outputs, autonomous actions, connected services, agents, calls, messages, media, and users. You must also follow policies imposed by the AI, speech, telephony, payment, integration, web-data, and connected-service providers used for a feature. If rules differ, the stricter rule applies.

1. Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

Do not use Thaddeus to facilitate crime, fraud, scams, phishing, extortion, evasion, trafficking, terrorism, violence, self-harm encouragement, weapons of mass destruction, malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, stalking, doxing, harassment, threats, spam, denial of service, or intrusion into systems or accounts.

2. Sexual exploitation and minors

Never create, transform, solicit, possess, or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, or content that exploits a person. We may preserve and report apparent illegal material as required by law.

3. Deception, identity, and media

4. Privacy and sensitive data

Do not harvest personal data or contact information for unsolicited outreach. Do not expose, infer, buy, sell, or misuse confidential or personal information. Unless Delphi expressly agrees in writing, do not submit passwords, one-time codes, full financial-account or payment-card data, government identifiers, protected health information, biometric templates, precise location histories, or data subject to heightened legal safeguards.

5. High-impact decisions

Do not let the Services make final decisions about credit, employment, housing, education, insurance, medical care, legal rights, essential services, policing, immigration, elections, or a person's safety or material rights. A qualified human must independently review and make any consequential decision. Do not use Thaddeus for emergency response or safety-critical control.

6. Calls and messages

7. Security and platform integrity

Do not bypass authentication, metering, limits, approvals, geographic controls, moderation, or safeguards. Do not reverse engineer, extract, steal, distill, benchmark without authorization, probe, scan, overload, resell, sublicense, or use the Services or Output to develop a competing foundation model or model service. Do not introduce malicious code or give a connector more authority than you possess.

8. Rights and regulated content

Do not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, consumer-protection, export, sanctions, gambling, financial, medical, legal, employment, housing, insurance, communications, or sector-specific law. Do not provide regulated services without all licenses, human oversight, disclosures, and safeguards.

9. Enforcement

We may investigate, require records, throttle, block, remove, preserve, report, suspend, or terminate activity or accounts when we reasonably suspect a violation or material risk. We may act without advance notice when needed to protect people, providers, Delphi, or the Services. Attempts, assistance, and circumvention count as violations. Report suspected abuse to dakotastewart@delphilabsinc.com.
